Haha, thanks for agreeing with my taste in Jawbreaker tunes. And I don't know what the hell it is, but I can't get into None More Black. I know I should, being a huge sucker for the Larry Arms (nice icon) and KD, but it's just not happening yet...perhaps I need some time.

Have you checked out the Loud About Loathing ep?? I think you would definately like it and I think its the best thing they've done yet. New album was good but not as good as that amazing ep!

lifetime,saves the day>kid dynamite
Oh, and we should list all known KD offshoots/former bands.
I'll start with a few, and add some if you know them.
Dr. Dan - Lifetime, Paint It Black, Armalite
Spider - The Loved Ones
Jay - None More Black, OnGuard
Dave - Lifetime, Good Riddance (for a little bit in 2001), Paint It Black
I'm tired and that's all i can think of right now. Help me out here.

Hahahaha. Very random. Yeah, but Chains split in '91, so i don't know what happened to him in the time before he joined them, haha.
Another member went on to be in Drive Like Jehu though, which is cool.

I don't really see how Saves The Day can even be compared to Lifetime and Kid Dynamite...unless you are solely talking about Can't Slow Down, other than that, their music far different from either of the above bands.
Yeah, they are pretty sweet. I like them better than Lifetime, but Paint It Black kills them all.

I don't think it was so much that Dynamite was underrated as it is that he's been forgotten. Dynamite was pretty banged-up when he and Davey finally got into the WWF. Years of his daredevil style, plus steroid abuse, had taken it's toll on his body. It's strange to say so about such a young man, but his best days were before he got to the WWF. He continued that same daredevil style (and steroids) in the WWF and his skills just kept diminishing due to his body falling apart.
After Dynamite had to retire so young due to the back injury that put him in a wheelchair, Davey continued on, forming other successful teams and having great success as a singles wrestler, as well, both in the WWF and in WCW. Dynamite's success as a singles happened in Stampede and in Japan where he is a legend. As we all know, according to Vince McMahon, there is no wrestling beyond the "WWE Universe".
It doesn't help that the WWE doesn't even mention that Dynamite wrestled for them. The WWE sorely NEEDS to put out a Bulldogs DVD so this generation can see how talented and innovative the Bulldogs, especially Dynamite, were.
