a short poem

i wrote this yesterday while waiting at church. it's short and simple, but i like it. wanted to know what you guys thought....

"A Driftwood Peace"
Can the waves pull me under?
And embrace me in a cold, cool slumber
Where I can be lost at sea
And everyone but this growing tide can forget me
This is my driftwood peace
And it's my slow, simple and subtle release
The sky can mask my prayers in a vivid blue
As I drift along with the clouds
Always sinking, always dreaming of you
