I saw these guys live last weekend with Stay, Hollywood Lies, Life on Hold, Small Talk, and Semester Abroad. They had tons of energy and are definitely worth a listen. I'd recommend if you like fun upbeat music similar to Cobra Starship and All Time Low, etc. I know that's not always everyone's cup of tea here but they definitely work hard and are worth checking out. Their EP 'All Is Fair in Love and Dance' is free to download as well :)
From the band's myspace:
Traveling back in time from the year 2050, Love Via Dance Machine have come to pump the crowd. After recording their debut EP "All Is Fair In Love And Dance" in April of 09 with producer David Adam Monroe, they decided to send it off to be mastered by Earl Cohen (Destiny's Child, Lady Gaga, Will Smith) to put the finishing touches on it. Since then, they have toured relentlessly throughout the Northeast and have shared the stage with many bands including QuietDrive, The Higher, Sparks The Rescue, and And The There Were None and 2010 is looking to be a big year for LVDM.
The whole act behind their set is that they’re pop-punk rockers from the future, and I believe it. Those dudes showed off talent far beyond the 20 (at most) years they’ve got under their belts, and I’m convinced the only way any band could be that tight live is by having 100 or so years of tour experience, and then actually traveling back in time to deliver us with the catchiest, danciest, most addicting songs I’ve ever heard.

P.S. Just asking everyone to keep an open mind and check them out. I've been trying to help them out by spreading the word.
