I guess I'd say $20 shipped for the hoodie. It's not in brand-new condition. It's been worn & washed probably about 5 or 6 times. The inside is still soft, but not soft as in brand-new soft. Also, the shoelace string things have been pulled out. That Midtown shirt, though, has been worn/washed a maximum of once.
