I'm going with the American League in a snoozer, 9-3. My pick for MVP is David Ortiz, because it's an exhibition game and I don't feel bad being a homer (not to mention he's got a great chance).

I think the AL is in such great shape, not because of their lineup (because I think the NL stacks up pretty well in that department), but because they have an exceptional bullpen and their starting pitcher is throwing to the guy that's caught him all year. I think runs will be few and far between for the NL.
