I think they made a remake of CBFD for Xbox, but I'm not sure. It's basically an insanely violent game that spoofs off of various movies.

They made Conker: Live and Reloaded. It was basically a whole new multiplayer system that was setup for Xbox Live and then as a bonus they updated the graphics and everything for the original game and put that on there as well. So that part of the game was identical, the only thing different was the multiplayer.

i never had N64, i had the PS, but i once borrowed my friend's N64 just to play it.

Dont get me wrong its a good game, but what barrier did it break? First 3-d action adventure game? Cool.

When i think of Ocarina of Time i think of a sub par storyline and a generally easy game that i had no problem getting through when i was 12 years old.


You want a better game? It begins and ends with Final Fantasy VII. Now that game broke some fucking barriers.

I actually missed CBFD, it came out so late in the N64's life cycle that many gamers missed it. I've played little bits and pieces of it. Hopefully, it'll get released for Wii VC or XBLA. I'd buy a used copy, but my 64 died on me a long time ago.

I'd easily say that FFVIII is the most overrated game ever. FFIV completely trumped the game in every way possible. Hell, even FFVI and FFX were better than FFVIII. VII was only popular because it was the first RPG to hit mainstream success. Hell, when it was first released it didn't get great reviews either, mid 80s from most sources. Saying OoT is the most overrated game ever is like saying the Beatles are the most overrated band ever. Though you may not like the Beatles or OoT, it'd be pretty damn stupid not to acknowledge both of their influence.

You are a Zelda guy though. You're opinion on the game is biased at the least. I on the other hand am a FF buff so I go the other way and say it is over rated. I think only a casual gamer can say whether it is or isn't.

You consistently make yourself look like an idiot. No one has ever claimed FFVIII to be a good game at all. Everyone hates that game with the exception of a few (like myself). To say that game is over rated makes little sense at all.

What the hell are you talking about? Ask anyone to name the best RPG ever, and they all say FFVII. Plus, Square's recent push with franchising FFVIII speaks miles for the games popularity. It's currently the highest selling FF game with 10 million copies as of 2005, and the second highest selling PS1 game after Gran Turismo. Also, it was voted best game ever on gameFAQS a couple of years ago. Plus, I don't think that anyone would disagree with me on Cloud being one of the most iconic game characters ever, right up there with Mario, The Master Chief, etc.
