Below are small band news submissions that we have received today:
Members of The Banner, December Aeternalis and Mermaid In A Manhole have started a new metal project called Wolves (http://www.myspace.com/wolveswolves).

Leaving the Scene (http://www.myspace.com/leavingthescene) added a third new song from their new album In Terms of Resistance to their Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/leavingthescene) page. Head to their Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/leavingthescene) to hear "A Bullet Sounds The Same In Every Language", along with "Modern Prometheus" and their single "Birth Among Ghosts".

Molitor (http://www.myspace.com/MolitorBand) has advanced to the Semi-Finals in the 2006 Zippo Hot Tour. The Zippo Tour this year will be headlined by Papa Roach. Molitor is one of the few indie bands to make it to the next round! Congrats to the guys!

Backseat Goodbye (http://www.myspace.com/backseatgoodbye) is posting an exclusive acoustic version of "Smile" up at his Message Board (http://envytheliving.proboards57.com/index.cgi) for all of it's members. New members can easily join free and will be able to get the download.

Justin and Geof formerly of Ambry (http://www.purevolume.com/ambry) are looking for a vocalist and possibly a bassist for their new project. You must live in the Southern NH/MA area and experience is a plus. Contact Justin at foreversairline@hotmail.com if you are interested.

Lockjaw Records’ Second Monday (http://www.myspace.com/secondmonday) have posted new track ‘Hi, I’m In A Coma" on their Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/secondmonday) page. It’s from their debut full-length Imagery which is to be released on September 11th in the UK.

Jason Soroka (http://www.myspace.com/jasonsoroka) and John C. DeWitt (http://www.myspace.com/johncdewitt) are going on an East coast tour. Here are the dates:
7/14 - Tapestry Cafe, Netcong, NJ
7/15 - The Arcadia, Old Greenwich, CT
7/16 - Brenda and Jerry's, Bath, PA
7/17 - Perfect Blend Coffee House, Delmar, NY
7/19 - Radio Bean, Burlington, VT
7/20 - Tuscan Cafe, Warwick, NY

Unsigned band, Broken Image (http://www.myspace.com/brokenimageFL) has been picked to open the David Melillo/Houston Calls show at Wills Pub in Orlando, FL. They jump into the studio the next day to record a yet to be titled 5 song EP.

Jaemin Roe (http://www.myspace.com/jaeminroe) has posted four new songs on their Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/jaeminroe).

there was already a band called Wolves from massachusetts. they released an lp, ep, and a split with transistor transistor, among other things..

they were damn good too.

they were damn good too.Apparently, this band spells it "Wolvez" so as to not create any problems. And I am anxious to hear their music.
