He donates regularly to RAINN (the Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network)
He performs and works with Axis of Justice, a non-profit organization that brings musicians, fans of music, and grassroots political organizations together to fight for social justice.

Why call someone a moron? It doesn't do anything good for you to be rude about someone who is obviously not a moron. Regardless of your musical tastes, you can hardly call him a moron.

I care. It's pointless to call someone a moron who has achieved such amazing things in life and managed still to be a part of great causes. Don't get me wrong, I agree that more than half of his musical output is rather poor, but moronic? No, that is just a lazy and cynical thing to say about someone who is obviously not what you seem to think he is.
