I don't think they officially broke up but they have been dead for a while. A reunion would be great though.

They are done.
Chris is TMing and played in The Color Fred and Secondhand Serenade.
Ryan is doing his thing.
Brad moved to Orlando and graduated school and is now producing and such.
Jake is in Cali drumming in Time Again and various other projects.

Solid band, their last album just wasn't that great. Couldn't get into it, but American Saint was good though.
