Brothers is a 2009 film starring Tobey Maguire, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Natalie Portman. You can talk about that movie all you want here, but this isn't that thread. (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=1180392)
This thread is about brothers that appear in entertainment, from movies, to television shows, to books, to even cartoons from across the ocean. Having an older brother myself, I find stories about brothers, or even characters who are close enough to be brothers, to be very interesting. Here are a couple of examples:
Sam and Dean Winchester from Supernatural (TV). They go around the country saving people and hunting things that are, well, supernatural.
Edward and Alphonse Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist (Anime). Two alchemists who are out two restore their bodies after trying to bring back their mother.
Can you think of any more? Post them here.
edit: there's nothing wrong with just posting titles, but i did intend this thread to have some sort of discussion. at the very least, try to provide a description of how brothers come into play in whatever movie/show/etc. you're mentioning. if you have a lot of time on your hands, try to provide a personal reflection about what you thought about the relationship between the brothers or what they went through.

TV shows? Prison Break.
I'm a young adult fiction addict so I can think of a couple books about brothers off the top of my head: Road of the Dead by Kevin Brooks and Fighting Ruben Wolfe and Getting the Girl, both by Markus Zusak (my favorite author).

Yeah with Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear. That's the movie poster. They are stuck together (Siamese twins) and one of them wants to be an actor. Gags ensue.

i watch this show from time to time. i think the relationship between alan and charlie is just really odd at times... or a lot of the time. they're almost like polar opposites.

I was the only person in the world that watched the short-lived WB series Jack and Bobby, but I enjoyed it while it was on tv.

while i'm a fan of their work that i've gotten around to watching, this is about brothers in movies, shows, etc., not in real life. if you can tell me of brothers that were in a coen brothers movie, then i'd be glad to hear of it.
