I'm not familiar with one of the titles, but except for SLC Punk! aren't the rest documentaries? I think that's mildly unfair... SLC Punk is a great movie. And in most situations if I'm going to put something on, I'm going to pick the movie over the documentary. However that being said, I own and love both "End of a century" and "American Hardcore" (Which is where my vote went). There are so many other "punk rock" movies out there that could have been put on a seperate list and just made this the "best punk rock documentary"

I've only seen westway. It wasn't bad but the style was a little weird, you really had to pay attention to what was going on.
