i'm so pissed off. there's a fender super-sonic on ebay and they're hella rare. If it had been up there two months earlier, I totally would have had the cash to drop on it, but now I don't. they're so sweet. it's the guitar omar played in at the drive-in.

I guess I'll just continue on buying a toronado instead.

I don't think I've ever seen one of those before. I thought this thread was going to be about Fender's new Super-Sonic amp, which looks pretty awesome.

they only made them for a year or so. They started to become really hard to find after At The Drive-in blew up.

Yeah, it looks like a pretty awesome guitar... That's too bad it's so rare.

to bad its a squier too...even though its rare and badass...its squier...i will never buy another squier after my first guitar. the only supersonic i saw on ebay was a squier

they're still good guitars, even though they're squiers.

i'm going to get a squier master series soon, because they're cheap and really good for the price.

nooooo tornados kinda suck man. My guitar center had a super-sonic but some huge tool bought it before my mom could put payment to hold it(literally 5 days before my bday, that dick!)

they suck? every review i've ever read about them said they were great. what's wrong with them?

Yo, are you sure it's not a Fender "Duo Sonic" ? Cause those are rare and i think the Super Sonic or whatever came out in like 04' or so. The Duo Sonic kinda looks like a Fender Mustang...

Get a mustang. Based on the guitars you named and the picture of that guitar ( that isn't a very good guitar) buy a Fender Mustang. I mean, come on...look at them!

Are they really that rare? I saw one for $170.00 used at my local music go round, is that a really good deal or something? It looked and sounded pretty good.

our other guitar player in vtm played two squier super sonics. they were made in japan and are really amazing quality. not like other shitty squiers.
