Let the AVA backlash begin...for the record though, it's not THAT bad. If AVA wants to get big or be 'the biggest band ever' like tom said, they gotta try something a little different. The online shorts are cool, but we need MORE!

AVA = the new Millie Vanillie (watch the significant change in mixing during the the 7th ave. drop performance when tom plays the boxcar song). Im pretty sure at one point Tom does the infamous airplane move and the P.A. continues to play his "wonderfully ranged voice". He'll always be the potty mouthed punker to me.

I liked it...kinda...i liked that it was mainly performance anyways, it really shows Tom as a front man. I can see he has so much passion for this, he really just wants to try and get kids to believe in themselves rather than them thinking about which sharp object to run across their body next.

I give the man props... Like i always do....

If i was a celebrity i'd use the cameras to try and spread a good message too...why not it can't hurt. This world is fucked up.

Why does the beginning of the song sound different in this video than in the actual song and the youtube recording? Other than that, the quality is far superior.

I saw the making of this video on MTV2 the other day. Frankly, I think it's kinda boring. The online shorts are much better, and I believe building off those would be smarter. But who am I to say? I think AvA is good, so it's cool.

the flailing arm this is kind of annoying... but think about this... he's had a guitar on his shoulder for around 20 years.... now he's expected to hop around stage without one.

i feel bad for the guy, hes like a lost sheep.

i thought the visual effects were cool.. they were suttle.... the thing blows up.. and his hair gets blown a little w/ the explosion... it was probably one of the better performance videos ive seen....

the 3rd video will be a blockbuster.... its going to hook all you motherfuckers.. and have you anticipating a new record............................. ......FROM blink :)

I was flipping channels last night and saw Making the Video on MTV2 and then saw Tom flapping his arms and talking about poop, so I changed the channel. I'll see the video eventually, but that arm flapping thing is silly.

I agree The War would be a great choice for the next single. But i love this song it's one of my top three favorites on the cd. And i think it's going to do really well for them.
