Same. I love the vocals, it's almost the comedy value of the vocals that almost helps it generate into being pretty awesome vocals.

I think both albums are terrible. Why even listen to this band when there are bands like Thumbscrew and Robinson around?

i don't know i liked acouple songs of the new one, 15 year old girls is pretty good.
overall though the edge goes to all is lost.

I swear their drummer has like 636452 arms to drum like that haha. I love how fucking heavy they are. It's a bit annoying though seeing to get their album here it'd be something ridiculous like 6 quid for postage and packaging.

Thanks man. But I only have 30 quid atm and I need like 20-25 to go to the Reading opening game. Seeing as it's our first Premiership game in history haha.

I'm banking on my Mum giving me some money if I pass my exams and get into Uni though, seeing as we get our results next month. Ef is incredible by the way, the female vocals in Hello Scotland are just gorgeous. the shadow project is so freaking good. their songs are amazing.

Correct.

Hopefully they should be re-releasing the EPs soon as I think they were just self produced ones just done in a small batch.

I never really checked tower of rome but they are playing with SYNT here in NJ on the 24th of October, so i am gonna go check them out.

I didn't like WW1 really. WW1 is heavier but it sounds like they tried to hard, the production fucking sucks as well. All Is Lost... is just a fun, unserious (I just made up a word) album.

as far as comparing TOR and Robinson, i think TOR holds the upper hand in technicality. that being said, i enjoy both, but i like TOR a lot more. i also agree with the fact that all is lost... is their best. or their self titled, which is basically the same as all is lost...

anyone hear the split with gun kata?

I think they're both as technical as eachother, but Robinson is a bit more erratic in that their songs are stupidly unpredictable, the drumming is a bit better though. The guitar work is quite similar in both bands though.

And I think I heard one song off of the split with Gun Kata.

Kind of yeah, because Robinson is just frantic and stupidly fast most of the time, but TOR's fast bits are over pretty quickly.
