OFFICIAL REC RIGHT HERE Y'ALL

not sure how i'd go about describing this. perhaps codeine, with a modern touch. and heavier. male and female vocals.

you can stream the whole album via last.fm, but i know how lazy you people are, so i uploaded my two favorite songs off the record and uploaded to youtube. of course the quality on these sucks, so if you at all like what you hear you should be downloading the album or whatever and listening in higher quality:

Hmm...first song seems pretty decent. I think it's a band I might like with a couple of listens.

yeah we did, i was caught off guard because i posted it so randomly and on top of that i didn't realize anyone really knew about them. i'd say they draw most of their influences from the 90s (codeine, red house painters) and that's part of why i dig them as much as i do.

New album is a bit disappointing so far. I don't know, there's just not much interesting going on so far, though mood/production wise it's still pretty similar to the last album.

Totally understand why some people love this album, and were I in the right mood, I could totally get down with it, but I just can't see myself listening enough to warrant buying it. Really torn though.
