Update on Acceptance

mmkay since people continually said they heard they were breaking up from a reliable source but never said WHAT/WHO the source was I decided to find out for myself and this is what I got...

I saw Christian at warped yesterday a few times on various stages watching and I tried finding him to ask him about Acceptance.. but I couldnt so I talked to William Beckett from The Academy Is... and this is what he said about them:

They have broken up. *tear*
Jason will be starting a new project sometime in the future.
The rest of the band is already working on a new project.
The new CD was never finished and isnt going to be released.

He didnt tell me when they were going to say anything, why they seperated, or what the new project was like... mainly because I didnt ask about that but Im assuming if Jason is the only one who left they just want different things.

I was holding off dropping names...but Ryan Ogren of DLD and now Over It told me the same thing at Portland's warped tour date that acceptance is infact "done."

What?! This sucks! I didn't even see it coming. I would like an official statement though. They were truely my favorite band. Jason's voice was so powerful. Their live show was so amazing.
