Sick! Glad to see that Muse don't take themselves too seriously. Gotta love the guy's zorro mask at the end and children dramatically waving flags haha.
Also, what's up with Black Holes getting 2 stars in Spin magazine? I thought they had better taste (apparently I was wrong)

The song always had a westerny vibe, at least to me. I'm glad to see they had fun with the video, I enjoyed it as well.

i fucking love this band :) that video was totally awesome. its how all music videos should be, interesting so that they hold your attention. if you wanted to just hear the band play a song, you could go see them live.

I enjoyed that video a lot. It was sort of in the same vein as "Sabotage" by the Beastie Boys but much more epic and had a little story where sabotage was more of an intro to a tv show.

I read that this morning in Spin... I think the reviewer wants Muse to take themselves more seriously. A lot people wish this band would utilize their apparent epic songwriting capabilities. They seemed to think it was more of the same. I don't really care honestly, I think it's fun music.

I really can't imagine a more perfect video for this song.
BH&R wasn't as good as Absolution for me on the first listen, now after a week of listening to nothing but, I think it's right on par. Probably #2 of the year for me.

Fuck, Showbiz, Origin of Symmety, Hullabaloo, Absolution, and Black Holes and Revelations are all perfection. Muse can do no wrong, hell even all the b-sides from their releases are flawless.

I just read a review in Spin magazine...they gave the new Muse album 2 out of 5 stars...they pretty much said that Muse take themselves too seriously and that their new album was about Space Rangers blah blah blah...this video will shut them up and show that they aren't exactly the biggest nerds in the world haha. I loved it!

Spin has been a joke since '97... oh wait, that's when it was sold to Vibe. Hell, it was sad even before that.

One of the best music videos I've seen in awhile. It was like a kung fu western with lasers, robots, and guys with 80s porn star mustaches.

sweet vid, hehe. Anyone have any idea what kinda guitar the singer is using in the vid. Kinda looks like a fusion of Satriani's chrome sig guitar and a telecaster, but I have no idea what it is..

Don't worry about Spin becuase Blender justified it with a 4 out of 5.
p.s. Spin gave Thursday 1 star for A City...
