Hi,
We've just uploaded a brand new song on our MySpace Player ( http://www.myspace.com/dayofrising) (http://www.myspace.com/dayofrising) ,taken from our debut album, which we hope to release soon! The album was recorded in Cardiff, Wales with Romesh Dodangoda (Funeral For A Friend, Kids In Glass Houses). Here's some info about us in case you're interested!
BIOGRAPHY
After self releasing their first EP, touring Spain on their own as well as supporting international bands, receiving great reviews from Spain’s biggest music magazines and being asked to perform on MTV (all while still unsigned) Day Of Rising moved to London, UK.
While in the UK, they relased a new EP (Unmasking St.Minver, Punktastic Recordings), recorded new material, toured all around the country and got great reviews from the UK music media.
Back in Spain, they played festivals with bands such as Linkin Park, supported Fall Out Boy on their first ever show in Spain and toured with New Found Glory on their last Spanish tour.
In September 2009, Day Of Rising recorded their debut album with acclaimed producer Romesh Dodangoda (whose producing credits include Funeral For A Friend and Kids In Glass Houses) and they hope to release it soon.
