dexter and the kids or dexter and batista
I don't think you can count a father/kids relationship as "friends," and he has never been particularly close to Esther.
Also I think that Batista has too much weird shit going on for them to be friends, nor have I ever really gotten the impression Dexter likes him that much.

yeah, i thought about the father thing after posting it.
he is just not able to have a "real" friendship because of who he is, but i would say that he is friends with batista, as well as masuka. at least he hangs out with them after work sometimes and jokes with them...
