Yeah, Craig Owens gets pretty rough. You should really ease in with something less heavy, like some Fear Before or the Bled. I'd say it takes a certain amount of Circle Takes The Square to prepare for "You Wouldn't Last A Minute".

I would say WIM is crabcore, and ABFPB is def crapcore. Easily one of the worst live bands I ever saw, and they had more bass booms than non-chugged or strummed parts in their songs.

WIM is just incredibly generic. ABFPB is pretty much what would happen if a band really badly ripped off TDWP exactly like WCAR, only had a lot less originality and a terrible, awful, sloppy unlistenable live show. Don't listen to it.

yeah the mliw is not as accurate and is probably only slightly more apparent on another other song thats not on the bandcamp. either way, thanks for checking it out!
