latino review has the best and most reliable movie scoops on the net in my opinion. i don't know how they do it, but they get their hands on shit that no one has anywhere.

as for heath, kind of an odd choice, but after batman begins, i've got total faith in nolan, so if he thinks heath ledger should play the joker, i'll trust him until i'm shown otherwise.

im with you on both accounts. I think ledger pulling it off will depend on how they portray the joker in the film.

But I agree that the only man for this job is Crispin Glover. He is more like the comic book joker, body-wise. He is a lanky fucker and he's already bat-shit crazy, and a brilliant actor.

you're giving him a bad wrap because of his early work (knights tale). he's developed into a great actor though. he basically killed his career early after all those roles because he know he would get labeled as that type of actor. then he went and learned how to act while he took a break. all of his latest roles, he's been great in. lords of dogtown, brokeback, he was even good brothers grimm which was awful. i think he can pull this off.

if they dont show how the joker became the joker then he will be in heavy makeup the whole time, his age wouldnt be as discernable as it would be, if say, he had no makeup on.
