One of the most disturbing, but amazing movies i've ever seen...plus the movie ends with Sigur Ros playing over the closing monologue...gave me a chill.

saw this at a film festival back in november. 8 months later, it still frequently pops into my head. i'm not sure it's a movie i'd ever want to watch a second time, but it's certainly not one that's going to evaporate from your memory right after you watch it.

No it's one of those one-timers.

Child Molestation.

Damn, that Brady Corbet kid (Brian) was awesome in this (JGL goes without saying).

well.....that was disturbing. wanted to watch this for jgl after seeing inception. ended up ffwd'ing through most of the explanation. i like the way it shows both extremes of what can happen to victims after molestion. well, i don't know if "like" is the right word.

A way fucking better Joseph Gordon-Levitt role than Brick, which everyone swings from around here.

Although I still enjoy Brick, I definitely agree.

This was really difficult to watch. It's been about 5 years since I watched it, but the ending and rape scene are still pretty vivid in my mind. I always refer to this as the most disturbing movie I've seen.
