mmmmm yay.
wow. this movie was hilarious. i had so-so expectations for it. but it did a really good job of having a plot which brought you in, and the same old Randall-esque comments that made the first one great.

i'll put this in spoiler tags to not wreck it. i am simply explaining how the color works in the movie, not really saying anything about the plot.
the movie opens in black and white. when the quick stop burns down it segues into color as its a new point in dante and randall's life. at the end of the movie, a chain of events leads them back to black and white.

Joel Siegel walked out on Clerks II during the press screening on Monday. Not only did he walk out but he yelled out and disrupted the movie. Some LA radio show got Siegel on the phone with Kevin Smith, it is very funny.

The first trailer was looking shitty. The next few looked funny. I wasn't sure if Kevin Smith was ruining his legacy. I saw it this morning and I was very happy with the final product. The only thing that bothered me is that there are funny scenes and plot progressing scenes no real mix.

Those previews seriously were horendous.
That martial arts movie where the guy was jumping to the helicopter at the end made me laugh my ass off.
