“Standing on the Edge of Life”

Life
Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to feel,
So open
And easy to get with the right resources
But not always giving
The privilege to travel not coming as often as
We’d like
Swaying back and forth on the edge of the line,
Whether or not to go
The question is if what you need to do the next day
Really matters
And if all you need is a new place to feel
Content
If that’s it then we all need to get out more
Even when hanging on the edge
At least we get there to make a
Choice
To go over or not
At least we get the
Chance
We all need chances

I'm feeling this for reals. Is this for a song? It seems like it was typed up the way you would sing it. But really, nice job. You kinda put into words the way I've been feeling lately, lol.

Thank you all. This was not originally song. I actually wrote in one chunk and when I found it again I split it up. I have really come to like this too.
