He was really sick. Brand New was still amazing though and I have a lot of respect for Jesse playing last night when he looked like he was going to pass out half the time.

detroit never gets any love. Theres been so many bands who have been touring that just skip over us. We're just as deserving as the rest of the world>:(. And Brand New? they havent been here in 3 years, and i wasnt able to go to that show. So this is a huge letdown.

In Kansas (while we were on tour with Brand New) I got very, very sick at the hotel and was rushed to the hospital. In the process my wallet, ipod and other valuables were stolen from me. I have since been to the doctor and I am OK. Obviously this has been a very stressful few days and I'm gonna go home and rest up. I apologize for the inconvenience and will give an update soon. You have no idea how bad I feel about cancelling these dates. As a band that's played over 120 shows this year already, it's not in us to cancel and we feel terrible about it. Oh, and yes, we are still definitely going out on the full US tour with Head Automatica as planned.

The first third of last night's show was kind of a bummer because he didn't look like he wanted to be there, but then everything clicked and they played so much better. Great show.
