Yes, It is actually called Serbian Film. It is also one of the most disturbing trailers for a film that I have seen in a few years. This is absolutely NSFW. I don't recommend it to anyone who is easily offended by graphic violence (involving women), porn, children waving adult toys, peeing blood, etc.

I agree. The reviewer over at slashfilm had a really strong, good opinion of it. Usually I find myself on the same page with most of them. I guess I just don't see it.
