Happens to me relatively often. If I've been holding one in and then I do a big sneeze I fart so hard that it is genuinely quite painful.

Hasn't happened to me, but I could think it would be terrible.

Generally I like to 'control' the release of my farts as to remain silent and anonymous. Having an involuntary sneeze at the same time would ruin any chance of control I'd have and it'd all come blasting out at full power.

However, maybe I could cover it by sneezing loud enough to drown out the fart.

It is very wierd that someone made a thread about this. Normally when Im at home and I know I have to fart, Ill hold it til I can get the pepper and self induce a sneeze. I find the two actions to be a magical body function orchestra!
