Umm have you heard the new Fat Freddy's Drop album? It's titled Dr Boondigga and the Big BW & is so damn good. I'm not sure if I showed you their first album Based On A True Story? The new album is such a wonderful natural progression from their first album & a must hear for anyone. This album may take a little while to truly digest, but this band is making some of the greatest music & a sure to continue to break new musical grounds.

Corinne Bailey Rae - The Sea. Not sure if you are a fan of her, but this new album has such a sense of beauty & purity to it. No doubt going to be one of those must hear albums of this year.

When the new Hollie Smith album comes out, I'll let you know, this girl is a ridiculous talent. Her last album Long Player was full of wonderful jazz/hip-hop vocal gusto & clever arrangements, full of jazz-blues-soul-funk prowess & the good old-fashioned roots music values.
