That movie was really beautifully shot and directed and the acting was fantastic, but I still hated it. There are other great films out there. I'll get over it.

It seems like the only thing you left out was the story. I can easily understand why someone would be put off by that. It's a tough pill to swallow but I enjoyed it never the less.
