I feel like there is a misstep or two, and that the latter half of the record grows tired. First half of the record is fantastic though. Wishing Losers was a full track

Listening to it now... Been waiting for this for a really long time and I can't say that I'm disappointed so far. Late Night Conversations and In the Shadow of Two Gunmen are some of the greatest albums out there.

for those interested, at the record release show last night they played every song off the new album, plus 'some things never change,' 'we all return to our roots,' and a foo fighters cover (my hero). the graduate opened up and played mostly new songs. all sounded fantastic.

Yeah, I was looking around at stuff the other day. They are ridiculously off the radar right now. There are bands that are broken up that are easier to find information on. I honestly don't know what their current situation is.

That being said, their latest album was so damn good. My #3 favorite album of the year.

I wish they would go on tour with Park, instead of doing one off shows every year or whatever. I rarely go to shows anymore but if something like that came anywhere near me, I would be oh so happy.

they played a couple of home town holiday shows in illinois... but from what i hear things are looking kind of bleak. dustin (singer/guitar) lives in nyc and is working for crush management, and the others are still scattered around various parts of illinois working regular people jobs. also, a buddy of mine went to one of the holiday shows and said matt (guitar) wasn't even there... no explanation given.

yea they really didn't do much to promote them... one was in st. louis and one was in pekin. i have a couple of friends that made it to the pekin show though and they said there were a ton of people there, so many that'll give em a little push to keep things going.
