In between finishing Choke, writing my own epic, and burning spiders with my Zippo (I don't want their babies on the bottom of MY shoe) I reviewed the latest offering from up and comers, Second Story Man (http://www.myspace.com/secondstoryman).

Another Festivus miracle!

I originally bought the book 3 years ago. I read 30 pages of it and just didn't ever get back to it. Finished the rest of it in a week's time this summer. Amazing, what you'll do when you're bored.

I didn't even see it coming. Great book though, I bought Invisible Monsters a few weeks back and I still need to read it.

Choke is one of my favorite books. Invisible Monsters was pretty good, but Choke was an addiction for me. I started the Da Vinci Code a few weeks ago, I need to start reading it again. After I finish that, I'm going to start on Palahniuk's Haunted.

my fav. by Palahniuk is probably Invisible Monsters just because it threw me for so many twist... and I only saw maybe 2 of them comming
