I really don't see Ledger being an awesome joker. He's always so stern, but maybe he's looking to do something out of his element? Maybe there's something there that we just haven't seen yet. I don't know, but Batman Begins was a fucking sick movie and the sequel to this franchaise of non-Burton Batman movies is going to be awesome. Awesome awesome awesome.

Anyway, Heath Ledger is a very talented actor, and even if he doesnt SEEM like the right choice, I'm sure he will be.

But, on a side note, Martin Short already WAS the Mad Hatter. Not THAT Mad Hatter though. When they made the live action Alice In Wonderland some years back, he was The Mad Hatter. I think it would just be redundant.

Just so you all know, cause it seems like this doesnt even matter to half of you...ummm, Christopher Nolan is in fact working very hard on this film.

He would not let them cast Heath Ledger if it wasnt right. Trust me. Stop worrying. Heath is amazing and so is Brokeback Mountain so this lame title is, well, lame.
