Due to their trailer being broken into and the majority of their equipment being stolen, The Spill Canvas (http://www.absolutepunk.net/thespillcanvas) will not be able to make it to their show in Grand Rapids, MI this evening; however, the band will back in action for the Kingston, PA date.

Shitty...anything that they've made in the past few months now has to go to getting new equipment. I can't imagine how it would feel.

Did they stay the night in Milwaukee, or drive elsewhere? Because their show last night in Milwaukee kicked ass and this tour is on its way to being real good. They played two new songs. Both amazing. The first they really rocked out on, very fast paced. The second was also very good. But this really sucks, these people who steal things should get caught one time and get what they deserve. Really shitty.

No. this is the third time i believe that their trailer alone has been broken into...not to mention 2 years ago when they were on tour with Rookie of the Year and the entire van/trailer was stolen...and also the cash box once...with allllll of their tour money. and another time when all personal effect, etc. were stolen.....
And they do everything to prevent it...Please, please support this band.
Plus, their new songs are brilliant.

First the Brand New show, now this. It seems like every show I've planned on going to lately has gotten cancelled. Pisses me off.

I hope their label does the right thing and foots the bill for the equipment.

Whats up everyone? Yes, The Spill Canvas did have their van broken into last night, but they WILL be playing tonight in Grand Rapids. The guys are looking forward to the Grand Rapids show and will see everyone soon. Thank you.

I know it's not their fault, but this band has cancelled more shows than any other band I know of, whether it's because the singer is sick, or other things. I don't listen to them, I just noticed they cancel a lot of shows.
