This new film will be wonderful, I have great feelings about it and my favorite columnist Jeffrey Wells also loves it. It's a movie about "A man who lost his family in the September 11 attack on New York City runs into his old college roommate. Rekindling the friendship is the one thing that appears able to help the man recover from his grief." That's ripped off IMDB, and I didn't want to go that far into it because Wells writes it significantly better so here is his write up (http://hollywood-elsewhere.com/archives/2006/07/men_apart.php).
The man who's wife and kids are killed on 9/11 is played by Adam Sandler (looking sort of like Bob Dylan with his hair - great look for him) in supposedly his best performance ever, and his friend is played by Don Cheadle. Great supporting cast (Jada Pinkett Smith, Saffron Burrows, Liv Tyler, Robert Klein, Melinda Dillon, John de Lancie, Donald Sutherland, Mike Binder) and it is written and directed by Mike Binder, who wrote and directed The Upside of Anger, which was a quality, if heavilly estogenized, film in itself.
Everyone shoud look at that article just to see how Sandler looks, I honestly didn't recognize him at first because I just glanced real quick and moved on.
