Overdrive: MI Audio Crunch Box
Delay: Seymour Duncan SFX-10 Deja Vu (Tap Delay, Analog/Digial blend... just an awesome pedal)
Other: Catalinbread Heliotrope ... http://dailyriffage.wordpress.com/2010/02/26/gear-reviews-catalinbread-heliotrope/
Also, I really, really, really like the Keeley Modded TS-9. I love the subdued overdrive as a different sound than my MI Audio Crunchbox.
I also have a Boss Tremolo and a Tech 21 Reverb that I really dig. That pretty much rounds out my pedal setup.

Tuner: Boss TU-2
Delay: Boss DD-20
Chorus: Boss CE-1
I stick to my heads gain channel. Other then that, that's all I use.
I love weird quirky modulation pedals... like the Digitech Whammy pedal... but I reckon most people wouldn't find a use for stuff like that.

TU-2 Tuner works fine for me, although I've been in the studio recently and our engineer's Planet Waves tuner is pretty sick. Googled it and it looks like the CT04 but the one I'm seeing looks newer.
I have a Barber Tone Press that I use for compression, best tone I've ever heard.
For overdrive my choice was between a Keeley TS-9 and Keeley Blues Driver, went with the Blues Driver and it's sick but I know the TS-9 is too.
As for Chorus, Delay, Flanger, etc. I haven't really had the need. Although I have a Rocker 30 and I've been wanting to know opinions on a good reverb pedal...
