Anyone else excited for this? The Tom Petty "Free Falling" cover is really good. Listen to it here (http://www.forthesound.com/2010/03/free-falling-cover). The lineup looks pretty sweet too and the tracks that were selected are pretty solid as well.

None of those bands/covers appeal to me. The Queen ones will be atrocious.

Bands that are taking a stab at putting a new twist on classic rock have to take caution as it is not the easiest thing to do. Although, Me First And The Gimme Gimmes does it very professionally.

This is a horrible compilation and already has two places of discussion. Spare the world a third.

(This is nothing against the OP, but rather the awfulness of the compilation itself)
