At the Say Anything (http://www.absolutepunk.net/sayanything) show last night in Columbia, Missouri; Max said that their tour with mewithoutYou (http://www.absolutepunk.net/mewithoutyou) and Piebald (http://www.myspace.com/piebald) would be their last tour before they get ready to record. Max also said that they would be playing a lot of older songs and b-sides on the tour.

They have been playing that, so likely.
I saw them April fools and their setlist was an April Fool's joke, full of old songs which they didn't play of course.

Last night was amazing, so much energy. The venue only held about 200 people, it was like they were performing on the sun.

As I read the sentence, I thought it was getting ready to be their last tour. Then, it said the last tour before they go record. I was really hoping that it was their last tour ha. I hate this band.

It'd be sick if they played Signal the Riflemen. Fucking love that song...and basically every other old SA song. I prefer the old to the new most of the time.

Oh yeah, I remember seeing you. That stage was just a bit too small for them, huh?

Niiiiiice! I like bands who do that shit, it's much better when they take an older song and after such a long time, make it sound better or add something special to it. Can't wait for Nov 7!

it was on the setlist. i ended with one of them and they didn't play it for some reason, i would've preferred that over little girls, but it was sweet nonetheless.

yeah. just a tad. six guys on a tiny stage shouldn't work too well, but they made it work. great, great show. how many times have you seen them? this was my 7th.

I fucking LOVE Piebald.
"The Stalker" is too good, and "The Monkey Versus The Robot" is what being in a band, for a living, should be all about, as far as I'm concerned.

don't expect them to play anything off "baseball." think more along the lines of stuff off the "for sale" tour ep: "we will erase all life on earth but us" and "slumming it with johnny." it's possible we'll hear stuff of "menora/majora" like "walk through hell" (obviously). we soon shall see...

This band is the reason I now hate all emo. Total fucking shit. The singer is a fucking egomaniac and the music he makes is downright silly. If this is what passes as punk or emo or whatever this website claims to support, count me out.

ok.
Just saw them today at a "fest" type thing that had Hawthorne Heights, Yellowcard, Blue October, Matchbook Romance, and 311. Dashboard was supposed to be on the bill too but dropped off the date because Carabba had strained his voice at the show last night in KC.
Pretty short set because they played earlier in the day...
Belt
Woe
Wow, I Can Get Sexual Too
The Futile
Every Man Has A Molly
Alive With The Glory of Love
Minus the fact that Max's microphone was off for the first minute and a half of Belt they sounded amazing. First time I had seen them live and was very impressed with how they were able to get people who hadn't heard of them before into their set.
