I would like to know of bands with Christian influence like these:
Anberlin, As Cities Burn, Emery
They don't necessarily HAVE to be Christian bands, they could just sound like Anberlin/ACB/Emery and not be Christian. It's cool either way.
in b4 someone says The Devil Wears Prada or Underoath. Not what I'm looking for. thnx. :-d

Though not explicitly Christian, Swithfoot is a must:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZUsEok7ufKw
The band members are all Christian, and according to them, their faith has influenced their music, though has not permeated it. Not really huge into Christian-ish music myself being of little faith and all, but how can you not fall in love with that riff?
Also, there's the David Crowder Band: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5tT8zwHysc&feature=related
Then there's Casting Crowns: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4wojcSO9Ww
And finally there's this, which I stumbled upon searching a Nirvana song of the same title: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXqXIicm8uU
I don't know if any of those sound remotely like Emery or As Cities Burn seeing as I've never listened to them, and the only time I listen to Christian music is when they play it at my school (gag me with a spoon amiryt?) but meh. Christian rock is christian rock, hope it helps.

Nahhh, I don't mean stuff like Casting Crowns and such...I guess I should have re-phrased what I said. I do want them to sound like As Cities Burn and Emery. I'd like some good post-hardcore/indie.

Check out Wires. Got a Thrice/The Dear Hunter edge to it.

You really can't go wrong with bands that are/were on Tooth and Nail. All the ones that you mentionned have been. A few others on that label similar to them are The Classic Crime (The Silvercord is their best album), Far-Less (A Toast to bad taste is their best but the other one is more post-hardcore if that's what you're looking for) and Fair (both of their albums are solid)
Also an album that caught me off guard when I first heard it is Scary Kids Scaring Kids self-titled album. It's actually a pretty solid record that not enough people heard given their cliché scene name. It's a shame that they broke up would of really liked to hear their follow-up.

Was just thinking this about that album the other day.
