That is such a damn good album. I think it's almost as good as STWHA.

I like his voice on that album. The songs are pretty "raw" but they're damn good. Not to mention Shorty and No Love are my favorite songs by the get up kids.

I pre-ordered the vinyl, but there's no way I could have waited until it got here. I got it on iTunes anyway, and it's magnificent. You can tell that it's kind of like a Guilt Show sound, but with some heavy influences from all of the stuff that they've been doing since. I can't wait for the other two EPs now.

i like matt pryor better overall but...needs more jim suptic. I think Jim's style brings a little more energy so when they shared more of the writing and vocals on albums it tends to balance out better.

I think Simple Science is absolutely fantastic. Their new sound is updated and picks up where Guilt Show left off, but still hints at all their past albums (not so much 4MM). The EP also offers a full range of songs, going from upbeat rock (Petty Pretty Things) to a funky electronic groove (Keith Case) to an ominous subdued sound (How You're Bound). As a Get Up Kids fan, I couldn't have asked for more.
