There's been a bunch of random threads about the band, but I thought I'd make an official one haha. Title Fight rules. Post away.

First off, I read somewhere that there is a "hidden track" or something at the end of the last thing you forget 7 inch...anyone know anything about this?

I used to think they were only decent, nothing amazing, but then I saw them at the ICC a few weeks ago, and they got the biggest turn-out (over Four Year Strong, no less). new 7" rules, this band keeps getting better, and when I talked to Ned he said to expect the album early summer

I was there for that. Very good show minus the fact that TTNY's vocalist was extremely off key. Title fight kills it live, and I am psyched to be seeing them with comeback kid.

The part that makes this band so good is their song structure and speed. The Last Thing You Forget was all I played summer of 09'. But its definitely time for a new album.

I saw them, Fireworks, Crime in Stereo, and Four Year Strong about a year ago in Philly, pretty awesome show. Next to FYS they got the biggest crowd reaction. It's crazy how fast they blew up/are blowing up.

on the topic of the demos, this interview actually says they were recorded in 2003 when they were in 7th grade. thats crazy. The Erection Kids split was recorded when they were 15/16, so sophomore year of high school, and then Last Thing You Forget was when they were 17/18, so senior year. Thats crazy to think about, especially because of how mature that ep is musically.

Gave their album a download when i bought tickets to their show with Bayside. Its honestly probably my favorite album of all time. Every song just has its own unique feel and emotion to it, all while being heavy, punk, catchy, everything. Cant wait until the album this summer...

- Currently Jamie, Ned, and Ben are 21. Shane is 23-24, I forget.
- There is indeed a secret song on the B side of the RFC 7". It's an instrumental nearly 2 and a half minutes long.
- Shed is one of the best LP's put out this year.
- AP subscribers get the subscriber issue. If you want the TF cover of this month's AP, you gotta buy it in stores. (It's still absurd to me how they are on the cover. I'm so proud of them.)

When I look back at high school, I think The Last Thing You Forget will be one of those albums that really defined high school for me. Shed is just as good, but its a different kind of album for a different time

I wouldnt say its bad, but i started off with the last thing you forget which was full of catchy hooks, melodic song structure and some tasteful breakdowns. Shed really slowed things down and most of what i initially liked about title fight was gone.
