Album Review: One Night Band

I'm a few weeks late on this one, but I finally got around to writing down my thoughts on the debut album, Way Back Home, from Montreal, Quebec's One Night Band (http://www.myspace.com/theonenightband). anyways i've seen these guys live a million times and i really like 'em.
i didn't even know they had an ablum out - i gotta check it out at their next show.

Wow. News to me. But, thanks for the heads up.

I check the 4th Wave webzine often, but I must have missed this. I knew about The Johnstones signing to Stomp, which I am extremely excited about, but I had no idea The Expos signed as well.

and it's such a shame that the makeshift heroes are breaking up; they were my favourite local ska band forever... that will be a show not to miss!

I completely agree. I only saw The Makeshift Heroes once. It was a long time ago in Oshawa at The Dungeon, but they put on a fantastic show.
