I've been seeing more and more artists playing with people who have totally different sounds. I really dig this. Like a few months ago I saw William Elliott Whimore play with the snake the cross the crown. It was really cool to see these kids who came to see some loud shit sit down for a few hours to listen to one dude with a banjo. Granted, Will is so awesome that anyone who can recognize true talent would stop and listen to him. But in general I think artists are going out on limbs and playing on some challenging bills. Let's show 'em some support with this. And if you get a chance to see will, whoever he is playing with, DEFINATELY take it!

I know that people are getting more and more ecclectic in thier tastes but before you go getting all euphoric about the state of the world you might want to consider that william elliott whitmore is one of those artists that can cross audience boundaries like he crosses the street. what is really cool about him is that he doesn't do this by changing his music or himself. He just does an amazing show and that is hwy i think all diferent types of people like to bil with him and all thos different audiences give him thier respect. sorry but i dont think the world is changing, i thikn its will changing the worlD! (cheesy huh?)
