Does anyone have any updates on the following bands? ...feel free to add to the list. and i don't care if this kind of thread has been done before...EVERY thread has been done before, and i need some answers!
-emanuel...are they done?
-man alive...sup with these jews?
-bodyjar...daughters of the rich just doesn't cut it
-american hi-fi...where's that 4th album they promised 2 years ago?
-sugarcult...way too good to not make another record

Acceptance is done. Dead Poetic is on ''hiatus'', probably done too. Emanuel...who the fuck knows.
Pretty much the only band I'm wondering about is Evaline at the moment.

I love Sugarcult and this is as much as I know about the future of the band:
The band members are taking a year off in 2009 from Sugarcult for their 10 year anniversary to do their own side-projects.

The majority of these guys are now in Hannah Montana's backing band.

I wish Evaline would put something out...they are/were so talented...I have no clue what is happening with them but I'm thinking their silence for so long means that they are done

Funny you should mention Emanuel, I was just wondering about them the other day. I went to the official Emanuel thread, and that project is officially done. The singer is going to work on another project, but Emanuel is done.

excellent. hopefully they find a way to release some new stuff. their last album was on point, even brotherhood of lost dogs had some cool songs

Anyone know what's happened to Search/Rescue? Any new music coming? They put up a new demo awhile back on their myspace.

I saw them what seems like forever ago at one Warped Tour. Totally blew me away. They are definitely a band I wish could just succeed

yes. i mean i love/really miss acceptance (saw them with hellogoodbye a while back, random ass show), but search/rescue is good. and also, i love that you're APnet's resident staryu. so you do nothing essentially... staryu = one of the worst pokemon invented

And I'm offended! Staryu was not one of the worst Pokemon invented! I can think of at least two or three weaker Pokemon...

true, but that still means it's in the bottom 5... of like a million. and i think they might be together still, but they're doing side projects right now if i'm not mistaken.

Josh decided it would be super awesome to just stop midway through a tour, while supporting Madina Lake, and go back to college. About 5 shows, including mine I traveled 2 hours for just to see them, didn't know about it. He just disappeared from the Earth. Took me months to find out about him going back to college. Never gave any official word about the band and to my knowledge, still hasn't.
