Casey Sullivan is a MA singer/songwriter with incredible talent. She's only 19, but she's got the talent and the voice of someone well beyond her years. I'm an enormous fan of her music and think she needs to be heard outside of the Boston area. Hence this thread. Check her out at www.myspace.com/caseysullivanmusic (http://www.myspace.com/caseysullivanmusic)
Edit:
Download her debut album, For the Birds, for free here: http://caseysullivan.bandcamp.com/

She posted 3 songs from her upcoming record on her myspace and they're amazing. "Just Like You Used To" is one of my favorite songs this year.

I cannot possibly recommend her music more strongly. Please support truly exceptional unsigned music.

haven't given it a full listen yet, but it's pleasing to my ears. if it grows on me i'll DL/spread. how's your solo project music coming? i'm not a big fan of synth stuff so i don't listen to HIH often, but i've always liked your acousticy stuff.

I've been hearing her play some of these songs live for years and heard all the demos, so to hear some of these new, fully-arrange versions is straight-up giving me chills.
Christ, what a record.

I have no shame endlessly jocking things I'm this passionate about. And I am officially in love with this album. It'd probably be my #3 of the year if I hadn't already submitted my lists.
I figure it'll get some people's attention. And those who find it annoying might just chalk it up to me being sincere in my love and enthusiasm for this album and be forgiving. Haha.

Just got it on my own accord and not because Chris told me he'd beat me up if I didn't.
