So I'm a pretty big fan of Bedlight For Blueeyes, so I was bummed out when the original singer left, and then skeptical when the new one joined.
I took a chance and downloaded their itunes ep that just came out, featuring the new singer, and let me tell you, cast any doubts aside.
The new song, Waste My Time, is so catchy that it has become difficult to stop listening to. The band then recut Ephemeral Addictions and once again, its a winner. This was one of my favorite songs previously and, with the new singer, it continues to be! The next song, Hindsight, was acoustic love and vocal heaven...at this point on the EP, I was seriously sold on the new singer. The next song, a real bonus, is the Bon Jovi classic Livin on a Prayer...which is hilarious and bizarrely amazing at the same time...Bon Jovi should be damn proud.
Overall, I'm psyched about this EP, the new singer...and I cannot wait to see them live!
