i liked the descent a lot.

i just don't like that the american release lamed up the ending.

i don't like the idea of them changing the end of the movie, but i'll still see it in theatres. [the saw trailer is just a plus.]

haha...so bad. The Saw movies in general, make horror look flawed to me. The first one had it's parts, the second one defied being scary or thrilling.

Yeah and it pretty much went against everything that made the first one pretty good. It was just them in the room, so when something happened it was intense since you knew them so well. The second one was just like "hey let's throw a bunch of random people in a booby trapped house and kill them off." Lame.

I saw the descent last night. I liked it, but would like to know how the ending of this version was different from the original. Can someone let me know?

to put it in the easiest terms, nobody survives. i haven't seen the us version, but i'm assuming it ends with her in the car after escaping. in the original, it turns out that's just a dream and she wakes up in the place with no light shining through. so she sees her daughter like she did every other time in the movie when she passed out, and it pans out as she's having birthday cake with her daughter and the credits roll.

The movie was thrilling, but the ending did suck.

It would've even been better if she'd have just driven off and lived. I don't get why they bothered changing the ending from the original.

Saw III trailer wasn't even that good.

I liked it. One of the better scary movies I've seen lately. I haven't seen the original however.

The Descent was pretty awesome, i enjoyed it. Saw III looks really good itself too, looks like it will be more like the first than the second which is a good thing
