So yesterday my basement flooded really bad. My instruments were safe because I took them out of the basement. So I had to rip off the carpet. And I should have my drums back down there by this weekend. How am I going to get my double bass pedel to stick without the carpet? It doesn't stay put on normal hard floors. Thanks.

Buy a rug.
It doesn't stick on rugs well.

It doesn't stick on rugs well.
You're buying some shitty rugs then.
I mean what else is there to do. Buy a carpet remnant. Then you can take it up when you think it might flood again or whatever.
They're pretty cheap.

By a rug that it sticks on. That's really your only option.
put velcro on the bottom of the pedal and buy a rug

buy those velcro strips, put one half on the concrete floor, (they ussually are sticky or something) and the other half on the bottom of the pedals, thats my setup, it works great
