I'm highly considering doing Full Sail online for Music Business courses; it's an accredited school, and I really think it's whats best right now.
Has anyone done courses here?

"Accredited"? I've never heard that about it before. Only thing I've heard about it is that it's a joke of a school.

Never heard anything even remotely positive about Full Sail.

One thing you have to consider is their type of accreditation. Regional is the way to go. Credits from a non-regionally accredited school will not transfer to another college. Also, if you plan to go to grad school your degree is pretty much worthless.

Over on the Andy Sneap boards, I've heard discussion about audio technicians, and producers who don't consider full sail students to be 'better than' anyone who learned on their own.
Remember with fullsail, you will get out of it what you put into it. Just like with any other higher education degree.

Good place to bang chicks.
I've gotten multiple brochures/what-not from them in the mail but decided against it.

Full Sail is a joke. Go to a University who teaches the courses they do; save yourself money, headaches and bullshit.
As a matter of fact, go to UCF and visit Full Sail. They're only like 10 minutes away.

exactly. i have a few friends that went there, then changed their minds after about 6 months to a year. none of their credits transferred, so all they have to show for their time at full sail is the 40 grand in student loans.
id suggest you go to a regular university, and while you are there maybe get an internship in the music business if that is the career path you wish to take.

Full Sail is ridiculously overrated as far as education goes, and sucks completely as far as the school itself. I've got many friends who were upset there and left.

Pass it on. Save someone a world of financial hurt. I wish I'd seen all this information before I signed a contract with those fuckers.
