this guy named marc makes a lot of money because he's a high-ranking lawyer, so he is able to buy whatever he wants. his wife is a former playboy model turned housewife. today, he decides to buy a new porsche just because his other one is three years old. he goes to the dealership, buys it right out of the lot. marc tests out the car and goes 60 mph in a 35 mph residential area. marc's on top of the world for the fourth time this week. he won a litigation case a couple days ago so he also sees this car as a reward for his success. 'damn i have a good life' he thinks. he looks in the mirror to see what his hair looks like blowing in the wind but doesn't notice the minivan that is stopped up ahead. when he does, he tries to stop his 60 mph velocity, but ends up slamming into the minivan, thrusting it forward. his porsche is damaged. 'shit. i just bought this today! what the hell is this minivan doing stopped at this intersection? there's no stop sign! hmm...she hasn't gotten out yet; i should see if she's ok. let me check me. nothing seems to be wrong...my hair's still in good condition...she's gonna sue me, dumb bitch...why hasn't she gotten out yet?' he gets out of his car and walks over to the van and approaches the driver's side door. the driver is a woman and is not noticably hurt, but seems to be shaken. she is staring forward with an auspicious look on her face and her whitened lower lip is slightly trembling.
"mommy?"
marc hears this word and sees what the woman was looking at. a little boy no more than six years old stands over his mother's motionless body. the boy is leaning down and poking at his mother's dead body in a feeble attempt to wake her up.
