Boys Night Out (http://www.boysnightout.com) will be heading to the UK in November. Those dates are below.
NOVEMBER 9TH - CARDIFF BARFLY
NOVEMBER 10TH - MANCHESTER ROADHOUSE
NOVEMBER 11TH - YORK BARFLY
NOVEMBER 12TH - GLASGOW BARFLY
NOVEMBER 13TH - LIVERPOOL BARFLY
NOVEMBER 14TH - BIRMINGHAM BARFLY
NOVEMBER 15TH - LONDON BARFLY

I like the Roadhouse.

I seem to post this to every UK tour at the moment, but I really hope the support's good.

Not sure I'd go simply for BNO.

No, Brian and Kara are out of the band but they are still together. They said Ben (original drummer) may join again.

I didn't know there was a Barfly in York but i could be wrong...can anyone clarify this?

There is, it's what's also called Fibbers.

Also, it's like house of blues but much much smaller, like 250-300 capacity.
